DMA-licensed UK TPS/CTPS list cleaner

UK TPS/CTPS compliance for every CRM (and the long tail too).

TPSClear is the compliance backbone for UK outbound calling. A DMA-licensed list cleaner delivered as a REST API and as six native CRM integrations, screening every phone number against the Telephone Preference Service and Corporate TPS registers in real time. HubSpot is live today. Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM and Capsule CRM are in build.

Built for teams that call UK numbers

Real-time on phone change

A webhook fires the instant a phone number is added or modified. The TPS and CTPS verdict is on the record before a rep opens it, not the next morning after an overnight batch.

Continuous CRM-side scrub

Lookup tools clean a number when you first import it. TPSClear keeps cleaning it, every time the data changes, for the entire life of the record. CRM-side scrubbing is the layer most stacks are missing.

DMA-licensed audit trail

TPSClear is run under a DMA TPS Assured list-cleaner licence. Every screen is logged with timestamp, source register and verdict, so the evidence the ICO or DMA might ask for is already on file.

Six native CRM integrations, one API

Pick the integration for the CRM your team already uses, or call the REST API directly from anything else: a dialer, a marketing platform, an in-house tool, a spreadsheet add-in.

Lookup tools alone aren't enough

ZoomInfo, Lusha and LeadIQ scrub numbers against TPS at the moment you pull a contact into your CRM. That is genuinely useful, and TPSClear is happy to sit alongside them. The gap is what happens after the record lands. Numbers get added by reps, edited on inbound calls, imported from events, synced from forms, and consents change. A point-in-time lookup cannot see any of that.

TPSClear runs CRM-side, on every change, for every record, for as long as the record exists. It is the missing continuous layer underneath the lookup tools you already pay for.

Why this exists

Calling a TPS-listed number with an unsolicited marketing pitch is a breach of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). The Information Commissioner's Office can issue fines of up to £500,000 per breach. UK outbound teams have lived with two bad options for years: an overnight batch tool priced at four figures a year, or a manual export to a third-party cleaner. Neither covers a number that gets added at 10am and dialed at 11.

How TPSClear compares

The existing UK TPS app on the HubSpot marketplace charges £3,500+ per year and screens overnight in batches, with no REST API and no other CRM integrations. TPSClear is built as a multi-CRM compliance backbone with real-time screening at its core.
